| | It is my first day on the high school cross country team, and I am so excited! The run was hard, but I never stopped. I was really tired, and my knees had some pain, but I finished. I can't wait to run again tomorrow!

| | Running was great today, and I am glad half of it was on the grass. I was a little sore from yesterdays run, but I had a good time. Running on the grass felt good, and it was fun to talk to everyone that was running close by. Running club was awesome, and I am glad I get to teach and interact with the kids now!

| | The trail run was fun, but a little hard. I didn't stick to the pack or group as much as I wanted to, but I will keep trying my hardest and best.

| | When I ran today I felt so much better than I did the last couple of days. I stuck with the pack for most of it except right at the very end. My knees felt much better than they have also! I had lots of fun, and I am glad that I went today!

| | I felt really good today for most of the run. I didn't really like running on the rollercoaster hills, but the rest of it was great. I am glad that I ran with Maycee Hayes because she pushed me, and she helped me run a little longer and faster at the end.

| | I felt really good today. I liked the trail run, and I stayed with the group. I even lead the group for a little bit. The pick-ups were a success also. Overall, my run was great!

| | During todays run I felt great. I ran with the pack, but I only did about 10 minutes of tempo, and then I did my cool down.

| | My feet were frozen while running in the grass, and they hurt every step. Both my hands and my feet were numb, but I stayed with the pack the whole time. Kids club was really fun. We did a relay, and other fun games, and the leaders and kids are all so fun!

| | I liked the trail that we ran on. I felt really good, and I had a good time running with Jada. My arms and shoulders were sore from weights yesterday, but my legs weren't, so that is good!

| | I went running at 5:20 am with a lot of the people going to youth conference. I felt really good, and I ran the full minutes. When we were about to start our second or third pick-up we were on a dirt road, and there was a very high pitched howl. We turned around, and we literally started a dead sprint. We thought it was a coyote. It kept howling, and we kept running. I was really scared, and I was so tired after that. I made it back, so it ended up being a good run.
I ran 50 minutes today.

| | I was up at youth conference, and I woke up at 6:00 to go run. I felt really good, and the view was really pretty!

| | To be honest I felt like crap today. I was so tired and all of the hills killed me. I am very grateful for Gracie and Maycee for making me keep running because if they weren't there I would have stopped. I did not run the full 55 minutes, but I will keep trying to do my best and run my hardest.

| | Today was really great. The grass run was good, and I felt much better compared to yesterday. Running club was a really fun, and I think everyone had a good time in my group.

| | I ran, and I felt pretty good. Maycee was a great running buddy on this run, and even though I was a bit exhausted afterwards I had a good time.

| | This was the longest run I have ever done. When I first started, I thought that there was no way I would be able to run have this far, but surprisingly I felt better than I thought I would. Maycee and I stopped twice to get water, but other than that we ran the whole time. I was really happy with this run and I am glad that I did it.

| | My morning run was pretty good, and I enjoyed talking to people while getting my run in. I had a good time running with a lot of kids during kids club too.

After weights I participated in the fifteen minute afternoon run, and even though it was hot I felt okay.

| | The trail run that we did today was pretty good. The sand was pretty hard to run in, but other than that it was fun.

| | I was doing pretty well at the beginning of the run, but when the tempo started I was so tired. I kept pushing, or I guess I was being pushed by coach, but I was so tired. I ended up doing about 12 minutes of the tempo, and for this run it was enough. I hope that I will keep getting faster and stronger for all of the runs ahead of me.

After weights, I ran the afternoon run. It was really hot and my caves were sore, but other than that I felt fine.

| | We ran to grapevine for today's run, and then we turned back when it was the correct time. I felt pretty good, and on the way back I was glad Gracie and Sara were running with me because it seemed to go by really fast when we were talking.

| | This Saturday I ran at Sullivan Soccer Park. I felt pretty good, but I was a little tired and sore.

| | I ran with Jenessa today, and I had a fun time talking with her. I was tired though, so I didn't go the longest I ever have.

| | Even though I was a little sore, I had an amazing run. I stayed the the top group of girls, and I actually felt good. I had a fun time at kids club, and had a good time running with the kids.

| | It was tempo today. I felt really good, and I was so happy that I was able to run tempo with the top girls. I was so tired in the process, but it was definitely worth the hard work and pain.

| | I really liked running at the Bloomington Hills North Park. I felt so good, and once again I was able to run hard and strong and stay with the girls! I can't wait to start running races, and see where I am at on the team.

| | Today I had a great run. We started at the high school, and then continued our run by Arctic Circle, and then up the back side of foremaster. It was so difficult, but I pushed my hardest. We ran along foremaster, and then we made it to the other side, and we ran down it. By then I was so exhausted, but the run wasn't done yet. We ran along past Fossil Ridge, and the up 2450 hill. We looped around Costco, and then we were at the high school. It was so hard, but I did it. I knew I would be sore, so I stretched, and rolled out a little bit.
I ran for 60 minutes today.

| | When I started todays run I could definitely feel Saturday's run. I felt so sore and tired. I was doing okay, and then we started the Sand Hill. I went very much slower, and I felt sick. I was not ready to do it. I maybe ran up half of it, but then I was to tired and sore to push any further. I turned back, and ran all the way back to the Elementary school. I wish I pushed a little harder and further, because I think I could have, so I will have to next time.

| | I was pretty tired today. I stopped quite a few times to cough, and I feel pretty crappy. At least I am able to run though. I did only four striders because I felt so so tired. Since I didn't run for a few days I am still pretty sore, but I am stretching and rolling out to help get better! I ran for 55min. today. |
| | This morning I ran for 70 min., and this afternoon I ran for 20.
Long runs in the morning are always hard and tiring, but today was good because I stuck with the girls or close to them the whole way.
This afternoon I felt great. I was trying to work on my form the best I could because of what Coach Holt said in our short team meeting. I think I did pretty good.
