I was doing pretty well at the beginning of the run, but when the tempo started I was so tired. I kept pushing, or I guess I was being pushed by coach, but I was so tired. I ended up doing about 12 minutes of the tempo, and for this run it was enough. I hope that I will keep getting faster and stronger for all of the runs ahead of me.
I ran for 50 minutes this morning.
After weights, I ran the afternoon run. It was really hot and my caves were sore, but other than that I felt fine.
I ran for 15 minutes this afternoon.
