The morning long run was great. I liked the pick up thing that we did this morning! I felt good and my muscles were not too sore.
The 20 min. afternoon run was fun! We did the DI loop and it was great!
Weights and the 15 min. run were great!!
The workout this afternoon was really hard. I mostly did the repeats by myself, and that was difficult. I was really tired afterwards, but I am glad I did it!!
