I was pretty tired today. I stopped quite a few times to cough, and I feel pretty crappy. At least I am able to run though. I did only four striders because I felt so so tired. Since I didn't run for a few days I am still pretty sore, but I am stretching and rolling out to help get better!

I ran for 55min. today.
