We ran to grapevine for today's run, and then we turned back when it was the correct time. I felt pretty good, and on the way back I was glad Gracie and Sara were running with me because it seemed to go by really fast when we were talking.

This Saturday I ran at Sullivan Soccer Park. I felt pretty good, but I was a little tired and sore.

I ran with Jenessa today, and I had a fun time talking with her. I was tired though, so I didn't go the longest I ever have.

Even though I was a little sore, I had an amazing run. I stayed the the top group of girls, and I actually felt good. I had a fun time at kids club, and had a good time running with the kids.

It was tempo today. I felt really good, and I was so happy that I was able to run tempo with the top girls. I was so tired in the process, but it was definitely worth the hard work and pain.

I really liked running at the Bloomington Hills North Park. I felt so good, and once again I was able to run hard and strong and stay with the girls! I can't wait to start running races, and see where I am at on the team.

Today I had a great run. We started at the high school, and then continued our run by Arctic Circle, and then up the back side of foremaster. It was so difficult, but I pushed my hardest. We ran along foremaster, and then we made it to the other side, and we ran down it. By then I was so exhausted, but the run wasn't done yet. We ran along past Fossil Ridge, and the up 2450 hill. We looped around Costco, and then we were at the high school. It was so hard, but I did it. I knew I would be sore, so I stretched, and rolled out a little bit.

When I started todays run I could definitely feel Saturday's run. I felt so sore and tired. I was doing okay, and then we started the Sand Hill. I went very much slower, and I felt sick. I was not ready to do it. I maybe ran up half of it, but then I was to tired and sore to push any further. I turned back, and ran all the way back to the Elementary school. I wish I pushed a little harder and further, because I think I could have, so I will have to next time.
