Today's runs were great. My calves were a little tight, but overall I felt pretty good. I am really excited for the track meet this week end at Hurricane!

I felt really good during the workout today. I tried to work on my form and run strong. I was usually close to the times I was supposed to run, so that was good! Towards the end of the run, my calves were getting tight. I am going to make sure to stretch them! Overall, I had a good run with my teamates.

This morning I felt great on the 15 minute run! During the 40 minute afternoon run I also felt really good. My legs weren't as sore as yesterday, and I am ready for the track meet tomorrow.

We had a 60 min long run this morning and a short 20 min run this afternoon. This morning I felt really good and good my workout the best I could. This afternoon was a good recovery run!! I had a good time running with then team both times.

The panther relays were great. My distance medley and 4X400 teams were awesome and fun!! In the 4X800 we beat the school record and Jacey, Rylee, and Jada did great!! I felt good and I am happy I was able to race!!

This afternoon was so hot. I definitely have felt better on other runs. I most likely felt bad because it was hot and I didn't drink enough water before the run. We passed out flyer things for the southern Utah half marathon. That was fine. Tomorrow I will hopefully do better!!

Today was great! Yoga felt good in the morning as well as the 20min run. It was sad that our medley team missed qualifying. During my 400 it was so so windy. I was pushing hard, but it felt like I couldn't move my legs. It was hard, but I was happy! The rest of PV did awesome as well!!

The morning long run was great. I liked the pick up thing that we did this morning! I felt good and my muscles were not too sore.

The 20 min. afternoon run was fun! We did the DI loop and it was great!

Weights and the 15 min. run were great!!

The workout this afternoon was really hard. I mostly did the repeats by myself, and that was difficult. I was really tired afterwards, but I am glad I did it!!
