  • Run on girls varsity.
  • Get stronger and faster while running with the team my first year.

I was really sore from weights yesterday, but the overall run was just fine. 

I ran 40 minutes today.

Today was really great. The grass run was good, and I felt much better compared to yesterday. Running club was a really fun, and I think everyone had a good time in my group. 

I ran 35 minutes today.

To be honest I felt like crap today. I was so tired and all of the hills killed me. I am very grateful for Gracie and Maycee for making me keep running because if they weren't there I would have stopped. I did not run the full 55 minutes, but I will keep trying to do my best and run my hardest.

I ran for 50 minutes today.
