Yesterday I had a physical therapist appointment for my Achilles tendon. It is starting to feel a little better, and the guy said it is on its way to getting better. For one week, I will not be able to run hills or run that fast. It is kind of annoying, but I am glad it will start feeling better. I have some stretches I have to do also. Today's run was really good. I did 3 minutes of tempo, 2 minutes of threshold, and 2 minutes of CV. I felt pretty great, and I can't wait until Tuesday so I can see if I can run normally again.
